Hair doesn't hold

Not recommended for normal and thick hair, may only be suitable for very fine hair. I bought it for my kids because we saw some classmates had it. However, this small brand didn't hold the hair of four years ago, the big one didn't hold the hair of 11 years ago. The big one was too big for four year old hair. We tried our girlfriend's hair, same problem. It rolls well but doesn't hold up at all. We ended up going back, but I'd still like to find one that matches my kids' hair.
