I loved innersense 'I Create Volume' when I purchased it from my local salon. This is not the same product.I tried to save on shipping costs (and my time) by purchasing the 32oz bottle from this seller when I needed a refill. The product came unsealed and I immediately noticed a more watery-y consistency than the first bottle I used. The amazing results I got with the bottle from my salon were gone. With this amazon bottle, my hair is frizzier, drier, less shiny and too crunchy. The consistency should be a very light, smooth gel. This consistency is still light, but very very runny.I thought I might be off-base with my suspicions and struggled my way through half the bottle. I don't really have $140 bucks to blow on hair products and figured I would tough it out. Finally, I couldn't take it anymore and ordered another big bottle from the Innersense site. HUGE difference. Annoyed that this seller took my coin in exchange for a subpar, diluted product.I recommend buying directly from the site. Don't let sellers rip you off and potentially damage your hair by diluting product with unknown ingredients. My curls are too delicate and took too long to grow out for this risk. The more I think about it, the more disturbed I am that anything could've been used to dilute this bottle.Revain should address the growing number of sellers who tamper with cosmetic products. It is not fair and not safe.
