I don't know how to rate it. I give the product 5 stars. The cup is great. Exactly what I was looking for, but it was supposed to be a gift. As seen in the photo, it came in the box it came in. It was NOT packed. Just stick a label on the box. Unfortunately, the mug's intended recipient was the one who opened the door and received the "package". Of course, this is no longer a Christmas present. upset.
