Failure out of the box. I bought this to upgrade my Ubuntu server and found that the computer restarts whenever memory usage increases. Ran the memtester program and the memory failed, lots of stuck bits. I don't think this is a DIMM assembly issue, most likely a memory silicon failure, poor testing or no testing.
