Although the product arrived exactly as described, great colors, looks beautiful and 1 bag was enough for my 5 gallon aquarium, THIS product gave my fish a me! I have had 2 goldfish for about 3 years now. , grows great, no problem, they outgrew the 3.5 gallon tank so we put it in a 5 gallon tank *brand new*. left for a week before adding fish to circulate water (distilled jugs from Walmart which I always use) about 3 weeks ago. I didn't like the rock I had and they were a bit flimsy due to the difference in tank size. So I have it. I have the same food, decoration, fish etc since I got my fish. and a new pool about 3 weeks. No problem. I just added these new stones on May 1st when they arrived, I rinsed them under distilled water to remove any dust or dirt as recommended, placed them in my tank and loved them. On May 5th I noticed a small white spot on my fish, but to be honest I didn't immediately decide it was an ichthyph because I had never seen one in person before. Today, May 7, my fish has white spots all over the tail, fins and skin, and one bump has even turned pink, and that's why its tail has been torn all day in the morning. After some research this is ICH INFACT! The only new/different thing added to my tank were these rocks. and now the fish have ih. Coincidence? I do not think so. These rocks were definitely being used for other aquarium life before they were sent to me and I could tell by the debris falling out of the bag when rinsing (didn't pay much attention as I was excited to hit them in the tank after I wash). So now I had to buy another tank to quarantine the fish, I had to order a heater for my tank, new filters, I had to order a treatment for them to try and save my fish and now I have to pray for this fish don't get sick. I won't die from this. What looked like a small bag of rocks turned into a $75 life and death situation for my fish. I'm glad I forgot to give my review in the first few days, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. I give 1 star for the main thing this item arrived as described but gave my fish an ulcer from the tank they were in before they were shipped to me! So be careful and make sure you cook them before adding them to your aquarium. I have video from the day I put the stones in and my fish is swimming healthy and happy and tonight it's all over the tail itching and his tail is actually vomiting now where there are several in a row while he keeps poking at him dragging pants and gravel to "comb" her stains. (He is a goldfish with an angel tail) Will send a video to the seller if interested. Seller please email me or contact me, thanks.
