My kitty loves sauce, can't get enough!

Not for me, but for my cat Milly. Ten year old respectable middle aged lady with a very odd habit. She's a true sauce lover: she'll lick dry whitefish and tuna chunks, literally, until there's not a drop of sauce left, then leave them and start gnashing with her hard nail, which is actually also crispy baked whitefish . I've had cats all my life, but so far none of them have felt that way about food.
