Just over 50 3/4" MDF boards were embossed with this die using a single pass per side. via my diamond sharpener a few times before use and then lowered the router speed to 4. DO NOT be stupid and expect the same quality as a $75 bit, but for the price you won't beat the value. Also note that these router bits for Panel Up don't cut as deep as form routers, but that's what we wanted and the router bit worked great.
