It works as well as I can expect from a heatsink. I haven't measured it with a thermal camera or temperature sensors, so I can't compare its performance to another heatsink of the same size to see if it's better or worse. But if you need a radiator of this size, it will get the job done. You will need your own thermal paste to improve heat transfer between the hot object and the heatsink.
