I have already returned the item because the Velcro seams on one side came undone after about 15 minutes of use. To top it off the exchange process failed, I have already returned the defective item but Revain's return/replacement tracker tells me they cannot process the exchange and are contacting CS who have not taken any action as it is a virtual chat acted. . I tried to contact CHOMP, but Revain.com Marketplace said my email for CHOMP SOLUTIONS could not be delivered. Cannot recommend this company or their product at this time.
