This bag is spacious. Insulation, one tiny pocket inside the bag to keep small things like keys and on large packet outside of the bag. I keep my mobile phone in it so it doesn’t get lost in my bag. I kept lunch boxes, apples one can of soda and a banana and still lot of room.
