I like the strength and durability of the cable but the 3.5mm audio zip didn't work for our main purpose of plugging in our van's aux port but for the whole audio system. seems incapable on many levels, so the cable may not be the problem. In fact, I tested it on a portable speaker and it worked great, so it's just a matter of finding the right device. However, if you need illumination up to 3.5mm, you might just need to buy a new device. Unfortunately this is not an option for our van.
