The best thing about this system it gives you many options of jobs that are suitable according to your profile. This helps me find new job every day without wasting time searching through resumes with little success rate. I dislike how hard it can be sometimes to navigate between filters which makes finding something difficult or even impossible at times. At first i thought everything was going great but then after couple days my account got deactivated due to low activity so now im stuck looking around hoping someone will see what i have done wrong! You need more people who will help guide users if they get lost somewhere because there really isn't much support. This software has helped me alot during these tough economical years where companies don't want to invest money into recruitment process anymore.
