I ordered a shampoo, balm and root lift which I will not use after reading reviews and hearing about problems with hair loss, burning, itching, ulcers etc. There is a class action lawsuit about problems after using these products. A friend kept going to the dermatologist, who did swabs, allergy tests, etc. The rashes weren't just on the scalp, but also on the eyelids, ears, neck and hands. These problems did not appear immediately. However, it took months to attempt to clear the outbreaks. She had to order multiple products and do scalp treatments every few days, which caused her scalp to feel like it was on fire. Since I've invested quite a bit of money in these products (shampoo, conditioner, root lift), how do I get a refund?
