I'm at an age where practicality takes precedence over prettiness. I was hoping for a dress to wear to a wedding in the South (USA) in March, and mostly I wanted something where I could move around and help out. But this dress.I feel like a princess. I will find excuses to wear this dress because I feel so good in it! The material is a nice weight, so it hangs well and isn't sheer. Really good length from shoulder to waist, I'm a little short waisted and it was still perfect. I'll probably wear a cami under it for the wedding, but not for date night! It's low without being showy. The ruching is so pretty on the bust without lying strangely, which is amazing. And the length is tea length, almost ankle length. The skirt is beautifully cut and flows out from the body without being too full. Bottom line: buy this dress.
