I love how easy it was when creating new cards with different colors or designs! It also made things so much easier during customer service/customer questions because they are able see exactly what you were talking about instead of having me go back over my notes each time we talked through something.

Having more flexibility in design options would be helpful too - maybe even an option that allows us to create our own logos? But like i said above this program has really helped out at work as far as efficiency goes while giving better control!
