I love how easy it was when creating new cards with different colors or designs! It also made things so much easier during customer service/customer questions because they are able see exactly what you were talking about instead of having me go back over my notes each time we talked through something. I enjoyed working with our vendor because she was friendly & knowledgeable about loyalty programs! We are able see how much we spend within each program in order to maximize rewards points given out by these companies. Also very helpful to know what other retailers offer through their own card-based systems so that customers can explore all options before deciding which one will work best for them or meet needs they have at this time.
