Review on eWORDofMOUTH by Marco Roberson

It allows our customers to earn points when they use their cards at our locations. They can redeem those points for money back in cash or gift certificates. We have been able to track where our clients spend money and also how much money we are saving. It was very easy to set up. There were some issues with it at first but they got them worked out quickly. I would say that this program needs more customer support. However, the people who work there are extremely friendly and helpful. They've been able to help me figure things out as needed. This program has helped us see exactly what our clients are buying which has helped us decide our menu items better.
