I really like that it can sync to other systems (we use MSP) so you don't have duplicate information or missing data points.
It is easy for our front desk team members as well because they do not need special training in order utilize this software system; however we would love if there was an easier way of keeping track of service calls from previous reservations without having multiple tabs up which could cause confusion amongst staff members who are working with different customers at once. We currently only allow guests access using their email address but wish to expand upon allowing them full online booking privileges also via mobile devices such as phones / tablets etc., while still being able to manage all customer details within one place rather than spread out across several locations' reservation databases.
