Review on 🪑 Stone & Beam Genesse Ottoman, 28-inch Width, Fawn - Amazon Brand by Tiffany Stone

Two couriers arrived. They couldn't get the sofa through the front door (although someone pulled out my old same size furniture yesterday) and decided to shove it against the railing. They scratched my banister and ripped a photo off the wall on the other side of the stairs. I told them to take it out of the box as I discovered that taking it to the room of your choice does not mean taking the box off. I had to take it back to the street to get it out of the box and then after they brought the sofa and chair inside they left. I took the chair out of the box, gathered all the packaging materials and took it to my garage. Only to find they left the box in the middle of the driveway. Worst service ever. The sofa is beautiful, beautiful color, firm but not uncomfortable. More of a feeling of support when I sit on it. It only took about an hour but aside from the shipping nightmare I'm not happy with this purchase at the moment. I tend towards soft, comfortable furniture but this is very nice and turns out to be what I hope is perfect. I think the price reflects the product at the moment. Apparently well done.
