After almost a week of use I'm not satisfied, I shouldn't even return it and make a 3 year guarantee. My biggest problem is that the USB connectors you use for power are loose. Even fastening them to make them tighter didn't help. This way the fans will flicker and turn on and off like you're having trouble with your phone charger, yeah it's annoying lol. Apart from the fact that it doesn't work, I like the design and the decent noise. One thing to know before you buy is the temperature of the room you're playing in - this is something that really helps keep your computer's temperature down. If I play it when the air is cool, the product keeps my atheist laptop well at 8 degrees Celsius, but if it's hot and stuffy where you're gaming then you might expect it to be 1-3 degrees keeps Celsius colder, or as I like to put it in false consolation.
