As someone going through the process of implant placement (and having to wear a floating tooth for months), I found this Poligrip to be the best. My fin isn't very big, so it's difficult to find a balance between too much and too little; so it's not a bad thing to wear too much and it's easy to take care of the superfluous. The original, which I carry in my purse, looks a lot dirtier and kind of makes my mouth go dry when I add a little more. In my situation I think this is the best choice. I have no idea how it will cope with a large set of dentures or a full set, but I'm sure it will work just as well!
