Strange coloring in my review

I bought this as a second monitor and try as hard as I can I can't control the brightness of the display. Next to an almost identical monitor, its coloring is matt and almost tinted. I turned the brightness to maximum and tried going through the windows settings but the first screen looks perfect again. Given the return of this.
