I bought two packs of color cartridges. I inserted one and got vertical lines when printing. I've tried cleaning the cartridge heads, the print quality hasn't changed. Then I put in the second cartridge. My printer would not even accept this cartridge. I received a message that the cartridge needs to be replaced. I've been using these cartridges for a long time. However, this is my second problem in the last few months. Luckily I had a black cartridge that didn't work properly. The supplier replaced this cartridge but now I think I will go back to original HP cartridges.
