Okay so let me start off by saying I’m not overly disappointed with the product itself, but I am frustrated that they aren’t the same. I am in charge of wardrobe for a music video and needed 20 matching headscarves. I ordered 20 in Navy Blue. They all say they are navy, but I immediately noticed the difference in color and slight difference in texture. I’m now wondering if some really are cotton and some are polyester… I know that was a bit of an issue for many, seeing that their scarves were polyester when it’s clearly advertised as cotton. None of the scarves have actual tags either… maybe because of the inconsistency? I know it may be difficult to have the exact same color when making so many of the same product, but I’m not sure this is going to reflect well on camera now. There are 9 deep navy (denser material) and 11 purple(ish) navy (lighter/softer material). I didn’t notice a chemical smell like some people experienced. I also keep coughing now after going through them all though. It could be the fact that I was investigating and rubbing the scarves on my face and neck to try and determine which may be cotton and which were polyester. I did not really come to a consensus other than I need to wash them thoroughly or I’m going to cough a lung up. Not sure what I’m going to do now.
