I was suspicious. But optimistic. I ordered that. It arrived quickly. The clasp worked as it should. I cut off the end of the paracord. 7 nylon threads, one red thread, one yellow thread, one thin white (say cotton) thread. As described. The end melted. I tried the magnet on the striker. Not magnetic. I used the striker on a separate ferro stem that I have as I didn't want to unnecessarily scratch the chain. Sparks were being created when using the Striker and the last half inch of my other Ferro Staff. The attacker was not injured. I couldn't be happier, especially for the price.
