Welcome to the new technology. My '87 Porsche 944 has old sealed headlights; Really sucks to be honest which is why I've been using OFF ROAD H4 halogen bulbs for about 20 years. They were bright and didn't bother oncoming traffic. Well my new 911 has super bright LED headlights; so I figured why not get them for the 944. SO I DID. They were recommended on the Porsche blog for 944 owners and installed at my Porsche dealership today. and tonight I went with them. I have a lot of headlights that flash high/low; so they have to be super bright; but on country roads they are perfect. You have to light up country roads to see the white stag's tail that adorns the hood so much. These lights are comparable to the LED lights in my 911, about 75 percent brighter. What an improvement over the OEM headlights the 944 had when I got it. And a noticeable improvement over H4 bulbs. Good facility; upgrades the 33 year old car (in 2020).
