Wonderful Software for Multidimensional Data Analysis

The software is very user-friendly! It works great with our Mass spectrometry instruments (MSI). I like that it's easy to learn how to use because there are many videos available online. There also is an excellent help desk which responds quickly. Sometimes when you're searching within the program, it can be slow at times.
This is not always due to the MSI itself but sometimes if we have too many samples running at one time, it slows down. When using this software, we are able to get results back from our experiments in less than 15 minutes compared to other programs where it takes up to 4 hours or more.
