Okay, this review is as honest as it gets. Overall the product is cute, well built, materials seem decent including the 3M marked tape (doubtful authentic). The brightness of the LEDs is on par with other LED products in this price range. Overall, this is an average RGB LED lighting product. I can't tell you anything about the Bluetooth feature or app as I've never gotten that far. My experience with this product ended with the installation! Why did I stop there? I have a double sided set with 4 series. The biggest problem is how these bulbs are connected, even with two bulbs per cord they are in series which makes installation extremely difficult if you want to keep the wiring hidden and don't want to bundle the cord bundles in one place. Originally I wanted to create space under the dashboard and under the front seats of my F150. However, if you want to run wires through and under parts of the dash or console, you can't do that because the wires won't come loose, meaning you'll have to catch the entire LED system through the light, controller, and socket. So it's impossible to hide your cables! Next, daisy-chaining the bulbs on one side means you use a double wire for the farthest LED light. The controller is nice, it's a matte black plastic case with three buttons for power, color and music mode. The power plug is large, but there is an on/off switch on the back of the plug. The included hardware i.e. screws are useless for installing the car. You'll be lucky if you ever stick them in some sort of plastic to mount your headlights. 3M tape is generic white background tape, there is no trademark on the tape. I suspect this is a fake 3M tape, even the 3M logo is cut in half, which doesn't match the 3M tape, with screws and tape. My opinion is that the screws inside the machine are useless, the tape doesn't last long in the summer or in the hot areas of the South and Midwest. As with any inferior automotive interior tape, these light capsules will delaminate with heat and fall off over time. All in all, I cannot recommend this product for in-vehicle use. With some modifications, there may be more useful applications for this product, e.g. B. on a boat, in a house or in the back of a truck. If you don't mind scattered cables and poor quality installation, you can make this product work. I think, in general, you will be dissatisfied with the installation, fake 3M tape will not last long, and you will go to the auto parts store to buy real 3M tape. Overall - don't buy, you get less than what you pay for, it's imported junk, a cheap product and you end up just replacing it or never installing it like me.
