Stops working after 30 days.

The description doesn't say that you have to be there all the time for work. I bought it for my cat who is allergic and it's very difficult to find a safe place to use it. I'm not sure about the "filter" part or why you shouldn't use distilled water. Been using it for about a month and now it doesn't work anymore. Does not fog up, does not burn, changed the filter. Nada. Please send a replacement or I will buy elsewhere. I do not recommend this brand or this seller.
