I have severe insomnia, anxiety. and now night sweats/cold sweats making my blankets damp. It's always too hot for me and I still used a fan and just a sheet in the winter. I've used this £15 duvet both alone off my skin and over a thin duvet. The first thing I noticed is that it helped my night sweats a lot because the comforter is way cooler than I imagined. It's very well done. It doesn't move and makes noise like cheap blankets. Each square remains the same filled. The deep gray looks gorgeous and even the inner duvet is attractive and durable enough to be used without a duvet. Washing is easy thanks to the duvet. It's only been a few weeks so it's hard to say how much this will help my insomnia but with all the pills I'm taking they aren't working. I've found that while I still struggle to fall asleep, I sleep much longer without constantly waking up every 15 minutes. This is life changing as my insomnia is a plague that has plagued me since childhood. It feels like a gentle hug and doesn't overheat. It's very soft and cool, and I was worried my cats would play rough on the bed and poke holes for the beads to come out of. . I've been using this for about a month and can say that at the moment I highly recommend trying this brand over others. The durability, quality and comfort of this blanket is so perfect. I'll probably go a heavier weight next time, but only because the queen isn't very tall and our queen bed doesn't overlap. This is the only downside I can think of - wish the sizing was a bit more accurate for couples who don't want separate blankets. That being said, I doubt you'll find a duvet for the same price but of such high quality as this one. . Every detail (strong threads, quieter glass sand/beads, coolness. Fantastic! Highly recommended!
