I bought some colorful plastic straws at my local grocery store. One evening I poured a glass of water into a stainless steel mug and put a yellow straw in the water. I went to bed and the next morning I looked into my cup and saw that the water was colored yellow. I tried it and it tasted the same, but I never knew that plastic straws leach water. Pooh. I went online and started reading reviews of stainless steel straws and came across them. I haven't gone a day without these straws.
