I use this cable to run my PS4 controller from my computer to my couch about 14 feet away. I was surprised that with this extension I couldn't even get my controller to measure the connection. I figured this is because the actual connector is recessed into the plastic casing so cables don't sit on top of it with a grip. without actively inserting it into the extension cord. DO NOT BUY IF YOU APPRECIATE IT IT DOESN'T WORK! See attached pictures. I've tried several USB cables and none work. I know the cable is ok because when I press and hold the cable in place it connects and works fine but as soon as I let go it disconnects.
