I love Denise replacement needles. The needles are smooth, the yarn does not grab. I know most plastic needles "grab" but they don't, the yarn slides over them easier than bamboo needles. Cords do not unwind when knitting. They screw in 1/4 turn and then stay in place. You can also buy matching crochet hooks and then combine knitting and knitting in the same project. You can purchase additional cables of various lengths. , including 52" for 60" needles that are great for wool. The only downside is that the smallest needle is a size 5. So if you want to make socks from sock yarn, you will need size 1-3 needles for this project. I recommend these needles, and I especially recommend them to beginner knitters because for a small price you get everything you need and you're ready for anything.
