This led to a taunting 15 email exchanges with the agent repeating the request and I wrote that I had provided all the information requested. Damaged Device Claim. Get rid of the headache, buy another device. When I asked the Washington Attorney General's office for CyberPower's contact information, the CyberPower agent said the office had all the information. It's a bad sign when the offending company is expecting a complaint from your state's Attorney's Office.
