GOOD: looks, size, display and great computing experience. , they include a palm rest that doesn't even lock in place with a magnet or clip, so it's loose. I type a lot in Spanish and the built in numeric keypad with mouse pad doesn't work for characters. It is not possible to add a second hard drive or additional memory. Pretty frustrating to use, to be honest, in my personal preference I'd rather have a real number pad than a virtual one on a mouse pad. I decided to use it with Prime for a 30 day return period to see if I can use it, but after 3 weeks of use I've been using it most of the time, I've disabled the secondary screen.
