For the price it was good value. Although the brackets were as described and worked well, the screws were rubbish. Heads get ripped off every time. Throw them away and used the screws I had on hand. If you plan on hand-tightening these screws from time to time, maybe they can be good. If you use a cordless screwdriver and have a lot to do at the same time, look for other screws.
