
Since COVID-19 hit and the studios I went to closed I’ve been cultivating an impressive home gym. This Bosu Ball is the newest addition. I bought it because I like the resistance bands on the side to add in some arms exercises outside of dumbbells. A pump came with it to inflate however if you have an air pump for a pool float or small outdoor pool I would recommend using it because it took a minute for it to inflate. I found a lot of workout videos ok YouTube ranging from 10 to 60 mins for Bosu Ball exercises. Currently I’ve done a 35 minute HIIT class and 10 min abs. The ball held up great for both. I highly recommend!
