May have a flaw in my review

We started using this in October. Since it's use the rabbit has gotten pee on his rump above his tail. It builds up quickly into matted hair. I think some pee sits on top of the grate and then thevrabbit sits on it. I am going back to a wire topped tray to see if that helps with the issue. I will update if this solves the problem.
