I've heard of "Nitro" cold brew coffee and have never passed a coffee shop that makes it. I found an article that explains how to do this using a whipped cream dispenser. Well I bought this and it works great. Nitro Brew Coffee is similar to Guinness beer. It's fun to drink. However, nitro iced coffee is not as good as whipped cream. That's the real reason you should own this thing. It took me several tries to understand that you1. Refrigerate the device and everything you want to whisk2. Fill 1/3 or so, seal tightly3. Charge it with NO24 pellet. Shake 3-6 times, squeeze out some, and if it's still runny, shake 2-3 more times.5. best whipped cream ever. (It's explained in the instructions, but I didn't realize that shaking actually whipped the cream.) The first time I got it right was cream with a little agave nectar. Wonderful. The best part is you can whip cream with no sweeteners! Store-bought whipped cream is like hard sugar. Rough. So you can make your own. I'll try mixing creamy peanut butter with heavy cream or powdered chocolate. If you like whipped cream, buy it now. I'm sure it will be in my fridge for a long time. Also, it keeps for a while, so if you want whipped cream on demand, I've been eating it for breakfast the last few days. I cover the tip with plastic wrap to keep it from drying out.
