My first Acer Chromebook was great, had to return a second
After about three years without any complaints, did my first Acer Chromebook have a glitch virus? - and I had to replace it. I've become a huge fan of Chromebooks, so I ordered another one. It's good if the new one has the same problem and makes it useless. I believe it was passed on to the new CB when I set up the same existing Google account. Revain accepted my return request, but I was charged a $40 restocking fee. All in all, not a very good buying experience, hence no star at all. PS I had to put a star in order for my review to be accepted.
