I like that it is integrated with our Salesforce CRM, so we can easily pull in all of the data from the system to see what's going well or not as far as sales. It also has an easy-to-use dashboard for managing reps and their accounts. The only thing I wish was better organization of information - sometimes when you click into one page there are more than 10 tabs open! You can't close them until you exit out of the tab completely. Also, some pages don't have any way to filter by account type (i.e., new vs. existing customer). This would be helpful if you want to keep track of your performance across multiple accounts/account types. We're using this product primarily to help us manage our reps' time during the week.
