Has a hole, not very soft

The hole in the cap is about 1 1/2 inches. As it was well packaged I didn't check it on arrival and gave it away. This is NOT a cheap product and there is no reason this company can't afford quality control. Unacceptable. Also, I wasn't impressed with the texture and it's not nearly as soft as you would expect from cashmere. I will never buy products from this company again.
