This massage gun has 4 interchangeable heads. It has 3 speed modes and I think that's enough. Everything else is for advertising. The battery life is excellent. I've only charged it once so far and it lasted over a week. It also comes with a nice carry case. I have chronic pain from back to neck. Sometimes it gets so bad that I even get headaches for days. So far I use this massage gun every day when I feel like I'm floating, it really helps to relax my muscles. I only use it on the lowest settings and it helps a lot. I find this unit very quiet so it doesn't bother my wife at all when she is sleeping. The only bad thing is that there are places where you can't do it yourself. You need to find someone else to do this for you. Also, I love everything about it and would recommend it to anyone with body aches.
