As a lifelong user of Waterpik shower massages, I regret to say that the products just keep getting worse. This one promised such a powerful jet and even after removing the flow restrictor it's not as powerful as my old one. The circumference of the face is also smaller, making the overall coverage area smaller. I use city water and my water pressure is decent but not great. My last irrigator was significantly stronger than this one, but weaker than the previous one. The latest irrigator spontaneously exploded when a piece of plastic broke inside. I'm not really hoping for this one either, as it's even less durable. The hose is hard and bulky. I have ordered a real metal hose like the Waterpik USED for delivery. The only reason I gave this product 3 stars is that at least it is quick to assemble. It took me about five minutes. Waterpik, please activate your game. I'll look for something better.
