The quality of this strap is pretty good but I had a problem with a small part of the strap on the original strap and also with the replacement that was sent. One of the loops has come loose. I could still wear it as a bracelet, but I couldn't use it as a handbag anymore. I emailed customer service and they sent a replacement promptly. Your customer service was excellent. Literally a few days later the band of my new bracelet barely sat on the trolley and the loop broke. I was surprised it broke because it barely arrived. I contacted support again to let them know about the looping issue. The second was not replaced or returned. In general, I really liked the bag. It was a good size and I've had several compliments in the few days I've worn it. Unfortunately, the loop's unreliability ruined my experience twice.
