Loose fitting, attractive casual, soft.
I am 137 lbs 5'5 - I got medium. It is loose fitting - fits like a Large. I have a shoulder injury - easy to get on over my shoulder because it unbuttons and is loose fitting. It is casual, but attractive - fine for going to the doctor, grocery store, or out to eat. I normally wear more fitted tops, but this is perfect for my shoulder situation. And it is so comfortable and attractive I will continue to wear it after I'm healed.
