This concept and product has greatly improved my overall health! Sometimes plain water just isn't enough, so I turned to sports drinks, tea, etc. There really wasn't a healthy option and my body was dehydrated, bad! I never realized this until I ordered this bottle. I infuse lime with fresh lemon balm and drink it first thing in the morning, then repeat three times throughout the day with blueberries and mint. The bottle's design makes it so easy to drink 24 ounces of water without forcing yourself, and it tastes amazing and delicious! My legs don't cramp anymore, my energy levels are high and I've lost weight. My skin has improved as has my digestion (definitely a good appetite suppressant).
