Low airflow and breaks easily

Bought for a family car to keep our kid cool in the back seat. The USB cable is very short and cannot be connected to the rear seat headrest. The tiny fan barely moves air, and then the swing arm broke easily and is now unusable. Now we are 5 days after the return date and cannot return it.

It was great for first week then the knob got loose and broke off. It doesn’t not work anymore.
