Although this cover physically fits the Hero 8, the power and record button cutouts are in the wrong place. The power button is on the right side of the Hero 8 (facing the front lens) and the power button notch in this cover is on the left side, the record button on top is also on the wrong side. I tried turning the cover inside out and trying every way I could to make sure I not only put it on the wrong way, but also cropped it the wrong way. Might work for some but will be really tedious to manage with this cover. It's also nowhere near as bouncy as you might think from the listing, if you squish this thing in your hand it stays crumpled. It even took me a good 4-5 minutes to mold it right out of the box before it looked like the cover pictured. . We'll get it right back.
