Do not rely on the sizing chart/tag
I chose XL as I have a petite 5ft 9in build and weigh 125lbs and the jacket always wears is still too short in hand. length and fits snugly on the back. I don't know why it's labeled XL/TG, but it might be labeled Medium. Unfortunately I cannot return as I have already thrown away the original tags and packaging. Otherwise, if it's less than the label says, you're fine. I will not buy from this company again.
